Hyven Charles, trained under the prestigious Obediah Wright at Balance Dance Academy, and Aubrey Lynch at the Harlem School of the Arts, has experience in many different areas of dance such as Ballet, Modern/Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Tap, Partnering, and Afro-Fusion. He has performed in music videos for upcoming artists such as “1V”, performed live on the “Carmen Mathis Show”, and also performed on ABC Televisions “The Chew.” Charles, has over four years of experience in the concert dance world and has performed at Stars of New York Dance, the VIVE Awards, and Marriot Hotel. He still continues to train extensively in all styles of dance. He also has experience as Company Manager for dance companies in NYC, and is an aspiring dance teacher and model.


Amanda Sommers began dancing at the age of three at Tap To Pointe Dance Center in Malverne, New York under the direction of Ms. Sara DeGenarro. In the Spring of 2018, Ms. Sommers graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City with a BFA in Dance with a concentration in Ballet, and was the female recipient of the prestigious Gold Key Award for Academic Excellence in her major

She has performed work of Choreographers such as Jon Ole Olstad, Anthony Ferro, Norbert De La Cruz III and William Whitener.

This is Ms. Sommers first season with Hanna Q Dance Company. She is very excited and would like to thank her parents for their love and support of her dreams.   


Originally from Connecticut, Joseph Heitman is a graduate of the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts and the University of Hartford, Hartt Dance Division. Joseph graduated from the Hartt School Magna Cum Laude in 2017. Trained in Ballet, Limón, and various Hip Hop styles, Joseph pulls from a large movement vocabulary to create choreography. At the Hartt School Joseph had the opportunity to work with renowned choreographers such as Gregory Dolbashian, Norbert de la Cruz III, Doug Varone, and Stephen Pier. He has performed at prestigious theatres such as the Joyce, The Dixion Place, Actors Fund, Lincoln Jazz, Salvatore Capezio Theater and the Mohegan Sun Arena. Joseph has worked as a guest artist at the Woodbury Ballet and Abarukas Dance. Joseph is a company member at Yu.S.Artistry and a collaborator at Peter & Co. Recently his movement was described as "Animalistic yet graceful" with the ability to highlight "intricate choreography with precision and abandon" (Cecly Placenti - The Dance Enthusiast).             KAMBER HART

Kamber Hart is a New York based dancer trained in ballet, contemporary, and modern technique. In 2016, she graduated with honors from Princeton University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in dance. In the last few years, she has been performing in Boston and New York City while also expanding her love of partnering to include training in hand-to-hand and partner acrobatics, as well as other circus disciplines. This is her first season with Hanna Q Dance Company.

           Jose' Miguel Medina Perez

Jose is Dominican, but grew up in Barcelona, Spain. He started his dance training in hip-hop and other commercial styles at 13 years old. He progressed to ballet, contemporary, and jazz at 17 years old. He now has a scholarship for the certification program at Peridance Capecio Center. 


Kristina Bermudez @kristinabertha is a freelance artist based in New York City. She studied ballet at Walnut Hill School of the Arts and earned her B.F.A from the Boston Conservatory. Kristina works in collaborative settings and curates pop-up performances in NYC and Brooklyn, working with diverse artists of all backgrounds on live and video performance-based projects. Most recently, she has shown work at HATCH presenting series at Jennifer Muller, performed with Nick Mauss' "Transmissions” at Whitney Museum, Broadway Developmental Lab of “West Side Story”, "Lazer Eyes" produced by Amanda + James, various artists at NYC Fringe Festival, Emerging Artists Theater, Taino Theater , and TV/film, commercial print, and music video projects. She has had the pleasure of dancing with Hanna Q Dance Company since November.


Lovisa started dancing at the age of four and has continued dancing and performing with Delaware Dancers School in Dingmans Ferry, PA. She is a student of Johanna LjungQvist-Brinson. Lovisa is one of the founding dancers/member of Hanna Q Dance Company and has been performing  with HQ since the very beginning May 2013.

She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at University of Pittsburgh,  but will continue dance with HQDC when her time allows her.



Sofia was born in Rome, Italy. She started dancing when she was 4 years old in her hometown. She trained in ballet, contemporary and modern technique. During her studies, she performed in many competitions and shows all over Italy, getting good results. Between 2016-2017, Sofia won a scholarship for the Italian contemporary company “MOTUS”, in Siena. At the end of 2017 Sofia moved to New York where she is currently living. She is studying in the certificate program of Peridance Capezio Center, under the direction of Igal Perry. Currently Sofia joined the Hanna Q dance company based in New York.


Alonso Ojeda is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico where he began his professional career at the age of 21. His persistence and tenacity

have led him to perform in  great shows on stages and companies

around many cities from USA, UK, France and Mexico.

He dance Mexican Folkloric Dance,  Modern Dance,  Alonso also does arials and Yoga.

 He has danced with Hanna Q Dance Company on and off when not travelling the world performing as a freelance artist. He can also  be seen perform with Calpulli Mexican Folkloric Group.
