ARTHUR TRACE YEAMES

Trace Yeames is exhilarated to be joining Hanna Q Dance Company for her upcoming works. He grew up in Princeton NJ, and Chapel Hill NC. He owes most of his training to the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and London Contemporary Dance School. He has Danced professionally with Douglas Dunn, Septime Weber “ Alice in Wonderland” , Greyzone Dance

company, and Zoemotion.

MARIA CARMEN FALIVENE

Maria Carmen Falivene is from Salerno, Italy. She started dance at a very early age, attending "Artestudio di Loredana Mutalipassi” where she trained in ballet, contemporary and modern dance. In 2019 Maria Carmen moved to New York City to enroll in the Certificate program at The Ailey School. During her training she had the pleasure to work with choreographers such as Jacqulyn Buglisi, Milton Myers, Max Luna III, Janice Rosario, Levi Marsman, Ronald K Brown, Adrienne Hurd and Hollie Wright.

She has participated in intensives at The Ailey school, Philadanco, Martha Graham school. As a member of the Ailey Student Performance Group, she has learned Ailey repertory works under the direction of Mr. Freddie Moore. Maria Carmen graduated from The Ailey School Certificate Program, class of 2022.

She is very excited to be working  with Hanna Q Dance Company.

                      ZEV HAWORTH 

Zev Haworth is a contemporary dancer and choreographer currently in his senior year at NYU in the Tisch Dance department, graduating in May 2024. Originally from Pittsburgh, he trained primarily in contemporary ballet under the mentorship of Maria Caruso, and later performed with her professional company off Broadway.

At Tisch, his education included techniques of contemporary dance, ballet, music and performance studies. He has studied with Sean Curran, Pamela Pietro, and performed repertoire and technique by Sidra Bell, Gibney, Gallim, David Dorfman Dance, Doug Varone and Ronald K. Brown’s Evidence. Currently in his senior year and in the Second Avenue Dance Company at Tisch, he has performed repertoire by the Limón Dance Company, Andrea Miller’s Gallim and Laja Field.

Zev developed his style, skill and vision in choreography utilizing the school’s student choreographic showings; he created several large group pieces and solos, refining his skills as a director and creator of dance. He is excited to begin his professional career with Hanna Q Dance Company.

JONATHAN COLAFRANCESCO

Jonathan Colafrancesco is an Italian Dance Artist based in New York. He has danced in productions of international choreographers like Enzo Celli, Elisabetta Minutoli, Dario Lupinacci, Roberta Ferrara, Samuel Pott, Rena Butler, Roya Carrera, Caleb Teicher, Assaf Salhov, Igal Perry, Tsai-Hsi Hung, Yoshito Sakuraba and Norbert De La Cruz III. Jonathan is currently a dancer for Hanna Q, Ballet Nepantla, PBDT , WHITE WAVE, LaneCoArts, Xiang Xu Dance, Project Tag, and Spark Movement Collective. Jonathan was recently featured in the "Doppelganger" production at the Park Avenue Armory performing alongside the tenor Jonas kaufmann. He recently choreographed on Terre Dance Collective and Spark Movement Collective' s dancers.

Jonathan is looking forward dancing with Hanna Q Dance Company!

                   ELLIE LEHMAN 

Ellie Lehman, originally from Tacoma, Washington, moved to New York City at the age of 18 to train full time with The Joffrey Ballet School. Since completing her studies, she has gone on to perform with Linda Diamond & Company, Dance HUB Barcelona, Diwakar Performing Artists, and Reaction Dance Company. She is ecstatic to be joining Hanna Q Dance Company and is looking forward to greater developing her artistry and skills as a mover. 

JOHN TRUNFIO

John graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in May of 2020 with a BFA in Dance and minors in East Asian Civilization and History. In June of 2022, he graduated from Drexel University with a MS in Arts Administration and Museum leadership. In addition, he is a certified aerial hoop/ lyra instructor. At NYU, he performed works by Wayne McGregor, Sidra Bell, Jim Martin, Ryan Mason, and Emilie Camacho. After graduating, John worked on projects with the Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation, Yu.S.Artistry, Elizabeth Burr Dance, Vive Khamsingsavath, TheatreZone, and was also a junior artist with the Ajkun Ballet Theatre.

John was a former company dancer with the Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre, Hanna Q Dance Company, and WHITE WAVE Young Soon Kim Dance Company. Recently, he completed JV2

where he refined his physical theatre skills. John is thrilled to be dancing with Hanna Q Dance Company again

                    PRISCILLA TOM

Priscilla has worked for a Dance BFA from NYU Tisch with a minor in Business of Entertainment, Media and Technology. She has performed live at events such as the New York Fashion Week, Live Justice Awards, and Universal Studios CityWalk. Priscilla was featured on NBC’s World of Dance and has danced in Corazón Frio by Nezza. Her goal is to continue encapsulating the work of intertwining spiritual elation with intense technical demand through movement narratives. She’s interested in the dancer’s role as the physical historian and the power of endowment to convey the emotional spectrum of human life. Priscilla is looking forward working with Hanna Q Dance Company.

ALONSO OJEDA 

Alonso Ojeda is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico where he began his professional career at the age of 21. His persistence and tenacity

have led him to perform in  great shows on stages and companies

around many cities from USA, UK, France and Mexico.

He dance Mexican Folkloric Dance,  Modern Dance,  Alonso also does arials and Yoga.

 He has danced with Hanna Q Dance Company on and off when not travelling the world performing as a freelance artist. He can also  be seen perform with Calpulli Mexican Folkloric Group.

LOVISA LJUNGQVIST BRINSON 

Founding Dancer

Lovisa started dancing at the age of four and has continued dancing and performing with Delaware Dancers School in Dingmans Ferry, PA. She is a student of Johanna LjungQvist-Brinson. Lovisa is one of the founding dancers/member of Hanna Q Dance Company and has been performing  with HQ since the very beginning May 2013.

She graduated Cum Lade 2021 with a Bachelor degree in Neuroscience from The  University of Pittsburgh, and will continue  to pursue her Phd. 

Lovisa will continue dance with HQDC when her time allows her.

Jose' Miguel Medina Perez

Jose is Dominican, but grew up in Barcelona, Spain. He started his dance training in hip-hop and other commercial styles at 13 years old. He progressed to ballet, contemporary, and jazz at 17 years old. He now has a scholarship for the certification program at Peridance Capecio Center.

SOFIA BISCI

Sofia was born in Rome, Italy. She started dancing when she was 4 years old in her hometown. She trained in ballet, contemporary and modern technique. During her studies, she performed in many competitions and shows all over Italy, getting good results. Between 2016-2017, Sofia won a scholarship for the Italian contemporary company “MOTUS”, in Siena. At the end of 2017 Sofia moved to New York where she is currently living. She is studying in the certificate program of Peridance Capezio Center, under the direction of Igal Perry. Currently Sofia joined the Hanna Q dance company based in New York.
